Level 1

Focuses on foundational strength, flexibility, and basic skills such as forward rolls, bridges, and handstands.

Level 2

Front walkovers variations, spider, back walkovers, front handsprings, Valdez, headstands, headspring, kip-ups, cheerios, worm variations, toe rise, banana rolls, and much more

Builds on core strength and introduces more complex transitions, balances, and controlled inversions.

Level 3

Airial cartwheel, front arial, back handspring, round off back handspring, standing back tuck, round off back tuck, round off back handspring back tuck, advanced combos

Dancers refine advanced skills and combinations, preparing for choreography integration and stage readiness.
